Hypnosis is a natural, deeply relaxed state of focused attention — one you already pass through every day, just before sleep or when you are lost in a book. You remain fully aware, fully in control, and able to end the session at any moment. Nothing can be done to you without your consent, and you cannot become “stuck.” Most clients find it profoundly restful.

We open a respectful channel and share what comes through — in words, images, or impressions. Sessions are gentle and never sensationalized. There is no pressure to feel a particular way, and we will always be honest with you about what we do and do not receive.

Completely. Discretion is foundational to our practice. What you share with us stays with us. For clients who value privacy at the highest level, we are glad to discuss additional arrangements.

Yes. Hypnosis, mediumship, and energy work all translate beautifully to secure video sessions, and many of our clients work with us entirely from home, wherever in the world they are. However, in person sessions allow for a deeper connection.

No. Our work is a complement to — never a substitute for — licensed medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment. We are glad to work alongside your existing care team, and we will always encourage you to seek appropriate professional support when it is needed.
